Ordering Information

Minimum order value: Our minimum value for UK orders is £200 and for export orders is £500.

Delivery Time: We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days however at peak times please allow longer. All UK mainland orders are automatically sent on a next day delivery service.

Delivery Charges: All UK mainland orders (minimum value £200) are delivered free of charge. Delivery to all other areas is quoted at cost.

Out of Stock Items: Every effort will be made to despatch your order complete however if an item not available then part deliveries may be sent unless instructed by you.

First Orders: All first orders are payable on a proforma basis. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Please request our bank account details.

Credit Accounts: After the first order it is usually possible to open a credit account – subject to references. A credit application form can be downloaded by clicking here.
