We believe that anyone who enjoys gardening is a lover of the Great Outdoors. It’s simply a question of how much of the Outdoors you feel like loving. And as we batten down the hatches for the next few wintry months, there’s no doubt that getting outdoors might lose a little of its appeal for some folk.
However, as fellwalker and author Alfred Wainwright said, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing.” Having the right clothing is invaluable when it comes to coping with the less favourable aspects of being outside in winter.
