A classic weeding tool, this sharp-edged Dutch hoe slices through weeds just below the surface with minimal effort. It stops weeds in their tracks, also gently aerating the soil for better absorption of water and nutrients.
The blade of this garden hoe is braced by two long brackets to keep the handle and socket section clear of the soil as it glides just under the surface.
The handle is crafted in FSC®-certified white ash, selected for its strength and shock-absorbing properties. The steel is 80% from recycled sources, believed to be a first in UK garden tools. A tough powder coating in a distinctive green helps protect from rust. A hanging cord in twisted paper helps keep things tidy in the shed.
